World Markets' site is offline

As of October 20, 2026, World Markets' site (wcm.inc) no longer loads, and DefiLlama flags its website as dead. On-chain deposits have drained: DefiLlama shows TVL of about $10.3M on April 4, 2026, $3.3M in early August, $1.7M in late September, and well under $1M now. We have found no official shutdown notice, so treat the project as inactive until World Markets says otherwise.

What to do:

• Do not deposit, and do not use any World Markets link someone sends you. A dead official domain is exactly when lookalike sites appear.
• If you still have funds there, watch the official X account, @worldmarketsinc, for withdrawal guidance. The exchange runs on MegaETH contracts, so a dead website does not by itself mean funds are gone, but only follow instructions posted there.
• Never sign a "withdrawal helper" or "migration" transaction from a DM.

What World Markets was

World Markets launched on February 17, 2026, as one of the first dApps on MegaETH. It put spot, perps and lending into one on-chain account under a single margin engine (Atlas) that counted net exposure across positions. Its lending used 10-day fixed-rate loans on an order book, and it promised no auto-deleveraging. The co-founder said the team had no venture backers and was getting liquidity support from MegaETH. No token was ever announced.
